Service Description

Your first visit with Dr. Kajima will include the whole body examination, review of your medical history and acupuncture treatment. Prior to your first appointment, please read the document titled "First Visit Guide." This appointment takes place at your home and runs for 1.5 hours with about 30 minutes allocated for the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Dr. Kajima via email at lkajima@lubene.com at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged $120.
